Alleged incidents of nuclear weapons tampering by craft of possibly non-human origin

On August 11 the U.K.'s Daily Mirror published an interview with Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell (PhD, MIT, Aeronautics and Astronautics) in which Dr. Mitchell draws attention to incidents of nuclear weapons tampering by craft of non-human origin.
